Referral Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: August 15, 2025

By participating in the Padsy Referral Program, you agree to the following terms:

​

Eligibility

• Open to individuals aged 18+ and businesses with a valid U.S. bank account or PayPal account.

• Participants must have an active Padsy account to receive payouts.

​

Referral Rewards

• You will receive $14 for each paid sign-up (Landlord) or $7.99 for each (Service Provider) referred through your unique link or referral code.

• You will receive 7% recurring commission for 12 months and for the life of the subscription for each referral who remains a paying customer.

• You will earn a $200 bonus for every 10 paid sign-ups achieved in a single calendar month.

Payment

• Payments are issued monthly via ACH or PayPal.

• Minimum payout threshold: $50. Balances under $50 roll over to the next month.

• Payments are made within 15 business days following the end of the month.

Tracking & Attribution

• Referrals must sign up using your unique link or enter your referral code at checkout.

• Padsy is not responsible for tracking errors caused by browser settings, ad blockers, or other technical issues outside our control.

• Self-referrals are prohibited.

Fraud & Abuse

• Padsy reserves the right to withhold or cancel payments if fraud, abuse, or violation of these terms is suspected.

• Fraud includes, but is not limited to: creating fake accounts, misrepresenting Padsy, or spamming.

Termination

• Padsy may update, suspend, or terminate the program at any time with 30 days’ notice.

• Any unpaid earnings accrued before termination will still be paid if valid under these terms.

Liability

• Padsy is not responsible for lost income due to program changes or technical issues.

• You participate in the program at your own risk.
